What You Need to Know
1. Shipping information
Pampering Shop uses Post NL and DHL for shipping to ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible. We ship worldwide. Our online store is based in the Netherlands.
For Netherlands shipping, a free shipping is offered for orders over 100Euro after applying any discount code %, meaning the free shipping applies on the final order amount including discount.
2. Shipping options
In order to provide you with the best possible service, we offer various options in the field of delivery and collection of your order. We list them below. As soon as you start the order in the website and you want to check out then automatic the correct shipping costs are calculated and shown for your country.
3. Shipping & Delivery time
The shipping time for all products is dependent on stock availability.
Usually the shipping time is between 5 to 10 working days (if not specified otherwise per product page - see Note clause in Product description paragraph).
The delivery time for the Netherlands can take between 1-3 working days from the date the order was shipped.
As for countries other than the Netherlands the delivery time depends on the country the order is being shipped to and it can take any time between several days to several weeks from the date the order was shipped.
For products that our supplier doesn't have in stock yet (being under production), shipping time might increase up to 20 working days. This depends on the respective supplier (due to handmade products with high demand - these products still can be placed in your shopping cart).
Certain products might have its specific shipping time indicated at the bottom of the Product description paragraph (see Note clause).
Currently the majority of the products are being ordered directly from supplier in package quantities.
Various yarn types are coming in different package quantities, like 5-6 balls/cones per package.
As certain products are being sold per unit (ex. ball/cone), we first check on our stock (packages) for the next order to deliver.
If more products or different type is needed, the missing product is being ordered from supplier, hence increasing shipping times accordingly which is also confirmed with customer via email.
When the product becomes available it will be shipped in a separate delivery order and will be communicated via email.
If a product is no longer present in stock, you cannot place this product in your shopping cart.
Orders consisting of items with different shipping times are shipped when collected. The article with the longest shipping time applies to the shipping time of your order.
You will receive by email a track & trace code for your order so that you are aware of the day that the parcel will be delivered to your house.
4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Pampering Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Pampering Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
